Sales Rep. Senior

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves managing key client accounts, driving new business opportunities, and exceeding sales targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and good IT market knowledge. The responsibilities

Tasks to do:

  • Market research and customer acquisition.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs.
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborating with internal departments such as HR to facilitate client needs fulfillment.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company services.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the client experience.

OUR IMPOSSIBLE MATCH

Ideal Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a similar role (mandatory);
  • 3+ years working for an IT Company (mandatory);
  • Good understanding of the IT Market and Services;
  • Experience with Zoho CRM (not mandatory);
  • Have exceptional communication skills;
  • Computer and basic problem-solving skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, psychology, or related field (not mandatory)
  • Good English level (written and spoken).
